    Is okay - but not for me.

    It is okay - but not something I could use daily. Consistency is off and flavor is a bit bland.

    Gives the creamy texture

    I use this for chicken salad, shrimp salad. It adds the creamy but not the flavor so I use ground mustard or Dijon and different flavors of vinegar along with celery sometimes red onion. It tastes great and has really helped me lose a few pounds. It is not as thick as regular mayo and definitely does not taste like mayo (in my opinion) so add some low calorie options for the flavor and its great!
