- 1/3 cup Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing (or Balsamic Vinaigrette)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup radicchio
- 1 small yellow tomato (, sliced)
- 1/4 cup mushroom (, sliced (optional))
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toss and serve! For an entrée salad, try adding sliced chicken or shrimp.
