Walden Farms Spring Health Salad Recipe

Everything is springing up delicious!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing (or Balsamic Vinaigrette)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup radicchio
  • 1 small yellow tomato (, sliced)
  • 1/4 cup mushroom (, sliced (optional))

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toss and serve! For an entrée salad, try adding sliced chicken or shrimp.
