With roasted broccoli, feta and ranch dressing, this healthy pasta is layered with tasty flavors.

INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz orzo pasta
- 1 head broccoli (, cut into small florets (4 to 6 cups))
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup Walden Farms Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 green onions (, thinly sliced)
- 1/4 finely crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425˚F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool completely.
- Meanwhile, toss together broccoli, oil, salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly charred and tender.
- In large bowl, toss pasta with dressing. Add broccoli, blueberries, green onions, feta and sunflower seeds, tossing until well coated.
NOTES
Tip: Add 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins to salad if desired.
