Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients
-Walden Farms Asian Dressing
-½ onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
-½ cup frozen peas and carrots
-1 bag of cauliflower rice
-2 eggs
-Sesame seeds
-Green onions

Instructions:
1. Dice the onion and mince the garlic and ginger.
2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until tender.
3. Stir in the cauliflower and cook until lightly browned.
4. Crack the eggs and scramble until cooked through. Then, stir in the peas and carrots.
5. Drizzle with Walden Farms Asian Dressing, tossing to coat. It adds a bold flavor without soy sauce!
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot!
